  • Learn: Youth experiencing homelessness (which isn’t something that should be a thing) likely lack access to the identification necessary to access programs and support. Getting them a valid ID is critical. Find out more with the National Network for Youth (go)

  • Be Heard: I think those of us gathered here today can agree that no one should miss out on learning because they can't access basic necessities. And yet — 1 in 4 students who menstruate experience period poverty. Which is really up there with “lunch debt” for me on things that make me furious. Use our script to yell at your reps (go)

  • Be Heard: Oh hey it’s me again yelling about periods. If your state still charges a sales tax (!) on period products (!), it's time to (politely) shout at your representatives and advocate for menstrual equity. (go)

  • Donate or Volunteer: Well well well looks like somebody added a bunch of period actions this week. Period supplies are basic human necessities, yet 2 in 5 menstruating people struggle to afford them (!). Donate to the Alliance for Period Supplies or host a product drive to help end period poverty. (go)
